Cowboy Casserole

Stuff you need:

  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 1/2 lbd Hamburger Meat
  • 1 10.5 Oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 10.5 Oz. Tomato Soup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Lawrys Season Salt
  • 12 Oz. Speghitti
  • 12 Oz. Shredded cheese of your choice

Brown the Meat: In a large skillet, brown the hamburger meat
Sauté the Onion: Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until soft and translucent.
Add the Soups & Seasoning: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and Lawry’s seasoning salt. Mix until everything is fully combined and heated through.
Cook the Spaghetti: Prepare the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain well.
Combine: Add the cooked spaghetti to the meat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top generously with shredded cheese.
Bake: Place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake until the cheese is melted, hot, and bubbly — about 10 minutes.
