Stuff you need:
- 9 Cups Rice Krispies
- 2 10oz Packages Mini Marshmallows
- 2 Sticks or One Cup of Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Kosher Salt
Directions:
- Prepare 9×13 pan with wax paper.
- Measure out 9 cups Rice Krispies into large bowl.
- To large pan add butter and turn on medium heat.
- Cook butter till brown and frothy keep temperature around 300. Careful not to burn don’t let butter get over 300. Immediately pull if black specks are noticed. Brown butter up to 8 minutes or to your desired richness of caramelization. Add salt and vanilla at end of butter cook, stir before pulling.
- Reduce heat to low and add marshmallows.
- Stir till marshmallows are well melted.
- Quickly add hot melted butter and marshmallows to Rice Krispies and stir till well combined.
- Dump into prepared pan, with wax paper on top, flatten to thickness desired.
- Add Sprinkles if desired.
- Allow 30 approximately set up, slice them into even squares, and enjoy everyone’s reaction!
Oreo Balls

Stuff you need:
- 40 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- Almond bark or candy melts
Directions
- To blender, add Oreos, and blend till there are no chunks left. You can also place cookies in plastic bag and beat with rolling pin.
- To mixer add Oreos and Cream Cheese mix till well combined.
- Using cookie scoop make balls and roll.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Melt almond bark or candy melts in microwave at 30 second intervals till completely melted.
- Roll each ball in melted almond bark. Remember : if you want to add sprinkles only roll a couple at a time then decorate so sprinkles will stick.
- Allow approximately 30 minutes to harden. Dare you to see if you can only eat one. Enjoy!
