WHITE CHOCOLATE CRACK CRISP

This irresistible family‑favorite dessert starts with a layer of crisp, buttery crackers that transform into something magical once baked. A rich, golden toffee is poured over the top, seeping into every crack and crevice before being finished with a smooth blanket of melted chocolate. As the chocolate sets, it creates the perfect canvas for your favorite toppings — from crunchy pecans and festive sprinkles to flaky sea salt or crushed candy. The result is a sweet‑and‑salty treat that snaps, melts, and delights in every bite. Simple to make, impossible to resist, and guaranteed to disappear fast.

STUFF YOU WILL NEED:

  • 48 Saltine Crackers
  • 1 1/2 Cups Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 18 oz. Chips of your choice, Milk chocolate, Dark chocolate, White chocolate ( Candy Wafers work well)
  • Toppings of your choice (Nuts, Sprinkles, Candies)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out 48 saltine crackers in a single layer, edges touching as closely as possible.
In a heavy‑bottomed saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Heat over medium until it reaches a slow boil.
Allow the mixture to boil for 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
Pour the hot caramel/toffee mixture evenly over the crackers, spreading to cover as much surface as possible.
Bake for 5 minutes, until the toffee is bubbling.

Once melted, spread the chocolate evenly over the crackers.
Finish with your choice of toppings. Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy.
