Apple butter pork chops are the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and comforting. Juicy seared pork chops simmer in a rich apple‑butter glaze that’s silky, slightly tangy, and full of warm spice. I was looking for a different way to prepare pork chops and couldn’t find one that I thought everyone would enjoy. I used three different recipes and modified them to make the perfect pork chop.
Stuff you need:
- 4 Lbs of Pork Chops
- 7/12 oz Apple butter
- Bacon grease
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/3 Cup Cream
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Pepper
Cook pork chops in bacon grease 4 minutes on each side till completely cooked through
Remove pork chops from pan
Add Apple butter, brown sugar and Chipotle Chili Powder to pan and warm through
Stir in Cream
Add pork chops back to pan. Be sure you cover with sauce
Enjoy
