  • 1 7 oz Strawberry cheese cake muffin mix

  • 1/4 cup Milk

  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam or Strawberry ice cream syrup

  • 6 Vanilla wafers

  • Chocolate chocolate chip muffins
  • 1 7 oz Chocolate chocolate chip muffin mix

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon Expresso powder

  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter chips

  • 1/2 cup Butterfinger bits

  • 6 tablespoons approx. Salted Carmel sauce

  • Banana Nut Muffin
  • 1 7oz Banana Nut Muffin Mix

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

  • Strawberry Cheese Cake Muffins
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the muffin mix, milk, and jam. Stir until well blended.
  • Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  • Fill each muffin cup about 1/4 full with the batter. Recipe makes 5-6 muffins
  • Place one vanilla wafer on top of the batter in each cup.
  • Cover the wafer with more batter, filling each cup to about half full total.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 16 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through and lightly golden.
  • Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine muffin mix, milk, peanut butter chips, Butterfinger bits, and espresso powder.
  • Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Grease a muffin tin.
  • Spoon the batter into each cup, filling it about 1/4 full.
  • Drizzle a little caramel sauce over the batter in each cup.
  • Add more batter on top until each cup is about 1/2 full.
  • Bake for 16 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.

  • Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter.
  • Bake for 16 minutes.
