Lemon Cream Pie

Stuff you need:

  • 1/2-3/4 bag of Vanilla Wafers
  • 2 Tbs melted butter
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3-5 Lemons according to your preference
  • STUFF FOR MERINGUE
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Finely crumble 1/2 bag of Vanilla Wafers (Food processor works great for this)
  2. Stir in 2 Tbs melted butter and press into bottom of pie pan.
  3. Arrange whole Vanilla Wafers along the outer edge of the pie pan to form a crust border
  4. In mixing bowl add one can of sweetened condensed milk
  5. Mix in Lemon juice till well combined
  6. Pour into the Vanilla Wafer crust
  7. TO MAKE THE MERINGUE
  8. Add 4 egg whites to mixing bowl
  9. Start mixer on low speed
  10. Slowly increase speed of mixer
  11. Gradually add sugar and vanilla
  12. Beat till stiff peaks form
  13. Place Meringue on pie
  14. Meringue can be cooked in oven under broiler to give a light golden appearance

Lime Cream Pie

This Lime Eagle Brand Milk Pie, made similar to the Lemon above, it shares the same sweet tartness but with the zest of Lime.

  • 1/2 Cup lime juice more or less according to your preference
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
