STUFF YOU WILL NEED
- 1 28 oz bag cooked tater tots ( cook according to the directions)
- 2 lbs. Browned hamburger meat drained
- 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 2 10.5 oz. Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can of Milk 10.5 oz
- 1 Medium or 3/4 of large Onion Chopped
- 12 oz shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook tater tots according to package directions and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Add diced onions to the beef and cook until soft and translucent.
Drain excess grease from the meat mixture.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until heated through.
Spread cooked tater tots evenly in a 9×13 baking dish.
Pour the beef mixture over the tater tots.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
