KRAFT CHEESE CHICKEN WINGS

This is a recipe that my brother-in-law made for us. I had to have the recipe, so we got it and have modified it slightly since. These are the best chicken wings you will ever eat. They are crispy, crunchy and flavorful. Don’t let the burnt color fool you they are perfectly cooked. Our family loves these you don’t even need sauce.

Stuff you will need:

  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Mac and cheese powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chilie Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cyanne
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paperika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cumin
  • Oil for frying

Separate chicken wing into drumette, flat and tip I through tip out doesn’t really have much meat if any
Mix all dry ingredients from above
Dust wings in dry mixture and set aside
Heat oil to 375 degrees
Re-bread each batch in seasoning mix right before frying
Fry for 6-8 minutes till internal temperature is 165
