The Perfect Heart Attack

heart attack 2

This dish is one of our long‑time family favorites. We first fell in love with it years ago at a little restaurant in Gladewater, Texas. Back then it was called Silver Spur, now Texas Traditions, this glorious creation is still on the menu—because honestly, how could they ever take it off?

Let’s be clear: This is a meal for a hearty appetite, not for the faint of heart or anyone who thinks a “light breakfast” is a granola bar.

A perfectly butter‑crisp biscuit piled high with bacon, sausage, creamy gravy, hash browns, eggs, cheese, and a few jalapeños just to remind you you’re alive.
It’s basically breakfast wearing a cowboy hat and daring you to finish it.
